Guided tour of the Palladian Villa Barbaro at Maser

A masterpiece of Andrea Palladio, the Villa Barbaro, has frescoes by Veronese and statues and stucco of Victoria. It is an artistic collaboration of inestimable value. The villa is located halfway up the hills of Asolo, not far from where tradi-tion tells us that there was a place of worship and perhaps also the site of a temple. The visit allows you to see one of the most extraordinary series of fres-coes of the sixteenth century, made by the famous Venetian artist Paolo Vero-nese. The architecture of the villa, ranks among the most valuable assets of the Venetian Renaissance.
