In the highlands of Oliena, passing among tracks through the Mediterranean thickets and holm oak forest, up to an altitude of approximately 500 metres. With the untouchable walls of Punta Sos Nidos in the background, you find S'Abba Mediha, once considered a spring of miraculous water, giving it its name.
